i found this on the loreal professionnel site. i love the color not sure about the cut though (yall know how much i LOVE long hair hehehe)

That is nice! The color is almost a plum color and the cut is an asymmetric bob shorter on one side and longer on the other.

You can do that color on long hair it's only a partial highlight anyway just a few foils framing the face and bang area. The contrast of the dark color really enhances the highlight and makes it stand out.
