I have emailed her for the past few days and still no response! I have even posted on here for her? Nothing??? They use to be quit quick about responding to emails if you had a question about the hair or if you were ordering hair. but now that i have a problem with it i get nothing i am kinda mad at the moment. Maybe she is out of town or sick? i hope that she is just out of town i would like to do busniess with her again. you all rant and rave about her hair. And who would know better than you all who have used her hair so i just hope she gets back to me soon maybe she can recommend a different color close to what i had ordered and hopefully it wont have the same problem.

I e-mailed her sometime last week about my order, and she responded
promptly. We went through a big disscusion with all this in the past, so
I'm going to tell you some stuff that she said way back then...
She (as well as anybody who runs a business) is probably VERY busy. I'm
sure she has tons of e-mails to go through a day. She checks the urgent
ones pertaining to orders first, so she can fix anything. I'm also sure she
would have someone else checking and sending responses out on generic
questions. For a situation like yours, they probably need to look into
some stuff, or if it's a different person, to show Kristin herself. It will
probably take some time.
Just don't get mad, it really wont solve anything, be patient. I only
remember seeing your post on this matter recently, so it hasn't been
weeks and weeks. I know it's not fun, I just don't want to see anyone else
mad on this board, and I don't want more conflict.

I for one do appreciate feedback about the performance of the
merchandise and merchants we support on this board. We spend a
LOT of money for our products, and I think it is helpful to know which
vendors are providing decent service to their customers.

I know she has her hands full right now so give her a chance, she is on the tail end of a move into a house and trying to get everything set back up............takes time, we are not superwoman, lol dang gotta take that S off my chest!

I hope all is well. I also sent her an email on the 15th and havent heard anything...thats 10 days, and thats not typical for Kristin. Hopefully she is able to respond to everyone soon.
I still say there are not enough hours in a day to complete everything. Patience is the key, I am a business owner and rarely have time to take care of things.
Please be patient with her. Like Kittylover said, she is moving into a new home that has alot of renovation going on, and she is running herself ragged. From what I can see, her business will be bigger and better than ever once she get's settled.
