Oh my lord. I have been so strong through this whole thing and now I'm going to break down. I signed a form stating that she told me what kind of hair she was using and what products to use as well as the name and number of someone who could cut my hair (not for almost a week after they were done) and such. Now she is trying to say that I broke some agreement because I went to a different salon to have them cut. She never told me I was not allowed to go somewhere else!!! I'm going to snap and cry or something. I don't deserve this bull.

Why is she so insistant that she be the one that take them out?? I wonder if she wants to keep the hair and re use it? She doesn't sound very ethical! I'm so sorry you have gone thru this!!
Not only do I feel bad for you but I would like to help you with this problem. She is obviously gonna just keep coming up with excuses so she doesn't have to reimburse you. What area do you live in? I'm just trying to help you. I will help you in any way I can. The only reason she is upset that you went to somebody other than who she recommended to cut your hair is because they probably have a deal that who ever she sends to the girl who cuts hair will get a break for referring her. Let me know! At this point and time,,,,,,,,,,,,,I wouldn't trust her at all.
This stylist is probably so insistant that she takes them out herself because she wants to make sure if she gives you your money back that the extensions will really come out, so that you're not wearing her extensions for 'free'. Sounds stupid, I know, but then again the stylist sounds stupid too.
