I've heard of a person that gets by without using shampoo.

How would i do this? How would i overcome grease etc?

I'm interested in this becuase it seems i lose all the life from my hair when i shampoo, and i want to keep the natural life, if you will.

Any suggestions?

What do you mean by lost life after shampooing?  Maybe you're referring to the shine and beauty?  Personally my hair is infused with way too much life when I shampoo.   I think it'd be a good idea to shampoo the scalp at least once a week (avoid dandruff and to keep the roots cleanly)..  A few weeks ago I was conditioning only with lite shampoo - I would shampoo scalp and use a small amount of shampoo to cleanse the shaft portion.

Is your hair in good or stressed condition ?

Good or stressed? I'm not sure... It's just dull. I may try out your suggestion of shampooing the scalp and only using small amount on the hair shaft, if i understood you correctly.

I'm curious to see what it's like to have a method which is an alternative to shampooing. Does anybody have any ideas for an alternative?
