I've have braids many times before and I am getting some tonight but I was wondering if anyone has any advice on a certain healthy braid regime? I want to maximize my hair growth during these couple of months and maintain the health of my hair at the same time. Any advice???

I just had mine done of Sunday. I had my hair braided using human hair from Milky Way ripple wave. I put a tad bit of oil on my scalp every other night. And I have been bunning it and putting on a satin bonnet at night.
