How can I get to a light golden brw?

I color my hair with Miss Clairol 29R which is a honey red,  I also use a color developer #20.   but 2 weeks later the color gets lighter, the more I wash my hair the faster it fades even using a shampoo for color treated hair. It fades into a light blonde. Now I really want to go a little warmer ,a light golden brw, more like a honey brw color sort of thing. Can anyone tell me how can I do that? I dont  have the mo ney right now to go to a hair colorist. I would greatly appreciate any ideas. Thanks alot!
