Ok, so since my question was answered so well last time, I thought I'd come back with my new inquiry haha.
Ok, so I got acrylic nails about 2 1/2 weeks ago and I'm due for a fill. But I also got white tips glued onto my nails when I got the acrylics done and since my nails grew, you can see my natural nail tips in the space below the white tips. So I was just wondering how they fix that when I get a fill. Will they have to completely redo my nails and charge me for a full set or is there another method?
Thank you in advance

It depends on what type of salon you go to and how well trained they are. Discount salons will just make you re-do them. Most other salons will do a "backfill" or "french fill". With this technique, we carve out the acrylic at the smile line (the line where your nail bed -the pink- meets whe white) and then place white acrylic back to where it should sit. There really is no reason to ever replace your acrylic, if they are done well!
Many discount salons will just airbrush the white on now that your tips have grown out.
