Besides drying the hair of course. Does it make your hair look thicker?
Oh, and also, is there a difference between a blowdryer and a hairdryer? My mom said that she had a hairdryer, but im not sure if its the same as a blowdryer.

Its the same thing.  It can make your hair look like it has more volume for awhile if you blowdry it upside down, or put gel/mousse in the roots then blowdry upside down.
