Hi there gals and guys! I have been a "lurker" here for a couple months now. Been wearing 18" bonded wefts from his n her in 27/33D. Although the color is a perfect match, after a couple days my hair starts to look and feel like sisal rope. Oh the tangles!! I have had it!

I broke down and ordered the jet set in fawn brown cuz they didn't have ny color. It is a little more expensive than the "rope" I was buying before, but I just couldn't take it anymore.

Do you think I did the right thing? Anyone had good, non-tangly experiences with jet set?

IMO just about ANYTHING is better than His & Hers hair... And while I would never buy BSS hair again, there is much better quality BSS hair available than His & Hers hair..

So IMO, yes/absolutely/positively you made the right move by buying JetSet hair.. Welcome to the world of quality hair.. Clap

Congratulations on your realization of his and her "hair"
I had a terrible experience with them too and their customer "service" could
care less.

The Jetset has a good reputation but the customer service is pitiful.

I wore his and her hair for a couple on installs.  I had some ok batches and some plain awful batches!  Mainly, only use it if you absolutely have to and if you only plan on wearing it for a VERY short time!  It knots and tangles to no end no matter what remedies you try for it!  It does get a rope like feeling and just looks nasty in the end!  I got to a point where I couldn't even comb through it anymore and had to cut chunks out before removing all together.
JetSet hair is phenomenal!  I love it!  Everyone seems to like the hair, aside from a couple slip ups, and everyone also really hates their customer service!

I have had my full head install of jet set in for a couple weeks now and I have had no tangle problems...here is a good test for you, I was at the race track this weekend and a rain storm came up all of the sudden and we raced to get cars tools, ect in I was soaked my hair was crazy, hairspray was in it,  I brushed it and went  out and raced with it flapping in the wind and it was 3 am before we finished I was so tierd that I didnt even put it in a pony tail and just fell asleep, next day brushed out no problem. If Jet set can take that kind of abuse in a 12 hour period I think it has to say something.

I can't join all of you on the quest for Jet Set as I recently installed 8 ounces (18 inches) (body) last week and I have had nothing but tangles and awful frizz with my hair and I am using all recommended products to get rid of this frizz..I hate the hair and just ordered some Bohyme in silky straight and decided to curl it myself.  The Jet Set would not even hold a curl and it was suppose to have body.  It arrived looking beautiful in the package but once it was washed, it looked like a bird nest!! Not to mention the customer service was terrible!!

I am sorry but for me Jet Set was terrible and although I have only had it in for 2 weeks, I can not wait to get it out!! I hope I have better luck with Bohyme!!!
