okay this is another one of my wine and moan threads lol joking but id like some advice from somebody.
ive been taking kelp and prenatal tablets and even though my hairs healthy its still growing really slowly and ive not cut it for 2 and a half months and its at the growth rate for like 1 and a half months.
now i have been told if you take the wrong tablets they can block hair growth
ive been taking holland and barret fat metaboliser slimming tablets which ar esupposed to be 100% natural. i have been i will admit taking a lot more than i should be. it says 2  a day but cos i wana get really skinny i sometimes up to 7 a day. do you think this could be the cause for slow hair growth. i will link you the product, hmm the holland and barret website is down but it should come up in a google search. the ingredients are

vitamin b6
calcium
cayne pepper
chronium
green tea
kola nut
uva ural

i would relaly like some feedback.. i have noticed that the hair growth did slow aorund the same time i started taking the tablets but im not sure if this is the reason!

From the ingredients that are listed they definitely don't seem as if they would slow down growth. I also did reaserch that stated that green tea stimulates hair growth. I'm not too sure about the effects of chromium but if I find something you will be the first to know.

I'm not familiar with the specific action of some of the ingredients.  The use of these tables concurrent with slower growth of your hair may not be coincidental.  Sure, you want to lose weight as fast as possible, but taking 7 per day is definitely overdoing it.  Are you capable of doing some aerobic exercise?  If I were you I would limit the pills to 2 per day, do aerobic exercise every day, and make sure to get a balanced diet.

Lower your dosage or go cold turkey! Try water exercises, drink water..a full glass BEFORE EATING and make sure you maintain the proper balanced diet and please don't neglect to have the 6 -8 hours of rest. They say that inadequate rest can prompt more walks to the kitchen than if you are properly rested. Drink grapefruit juice if you can hack it accompanied with your dinner. The slower growth  of your hair may be the result of indequate vitamin and mineral intake...bka the consumption is off- balanced. REALIZE ALSO THAT THE HAIR ONLY GROWS HALF AN INCH A MONTH ANYWAY...PLEASE DON'T WORRY TOO MUCH ABOUT THAT. I wish you love and peace for your continuing endeavor.
beauty is in the eye of the beholder;make sure that your vision of it doesn't blind anyone elses!
