I've been losing a lot of hair lately.  I shed full-length hairs as well as short ones.  I give up.  Nothing really works, does it?

I feel sorry for you, I have a great fear of losing my hair let alone loosing it for real.. anyway I heard Propecia is the best available, not for hair regrowth but it helps in keeping your hair where it belongs.
