I agree, a little S-Curl goes a long way.

It depends on an individual's hair, such as the thickness and length of the hair.  My hair is about 10 inches long, and a couple pumps is all that I need to use.

Claudie,You apply only two pumps directly to hair or do you rub it in your hands first and then apply?

Anyone/Everyone, Can it be applied to dry hair as a strengthner?

Yes it can be applied to dry hair ladyflash.  I use it as a moisturizer and it makes my hair so soft.

Hi Ladyflash, I part my hair from ear to ear.  I do one squirt for the back, and one squirt for the front.  Then I seal with jojoba or castor oil.  This amount is good for me.  Because I apply it to dry hair, and I do not want my hair to get overly wet.

I'm so happy I read this thread, because I was just about to mix my glycerin with my setting lotion...that would have been a disaster!

But I do like the way it makes my natual roots feel.  There's gotta be a compromise here.  Maybe I'll set my hair overnight, using a bit of water/glycerin mixture (the main ingredients in S-curl activator)  Then sit under the hair dryer in the morning to make sure it's dry.

I'll let you know how it turns out.
