so, if I want my hair to be the color of jennifer aniston's what color should i use? Just to recap: my natural hair color is med. warm brown and I recently put on a dark ash blonde. Little results, lots of brassy red...which means I tried to go too light? I really don't want it AS light as her's, but somewhere around there. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Sebastian:

I am assuming that by using a dark ash blonde tint you lightened your hair to the orange stage. If you want to go lighter that this you need to bleach. If you try to lighten with another tint it will not happen because tint will not lighten tint. However you may choose to tone the present color with a blue based toner. Good luck!
