Ok Im confused. Ive heard many people say that after using a moisturizer you should seal it with an oil to prevent moisture from leaving the hair, but wouldn't the oil prevent moisture from entering the hair the next time you went to moisturize your hair? Can someone please explain this to me?

no the oil prevents the moisture from leaving your hair. When i moisturize it's because my hair is dry so the oil wouldn't be there anymore. Does that make sense?
