Just wondering how often should you color your hair?
ive been going back to my hairdressers every 5 weeks to get more highlights put in each time, first stripping the color then applying the dye.
just dont want to knacker my hair out, ive been dying it since schooldays but ive had it dyed black 7 years and recently had that stripped out, ive had 2 full head of highlights and about to go for my 3rd tomorrow.
do you reckon I should get a treatment in there too? as i have noticed a change to the feel of my hair, but always been told considering how much i have dyed it in the past ive got really good hair condition.
any help would be great or even some reccomendations on any hair care treatment
