???...tha only way i could tell you fam which is Top forward. sides at angles, and the back straight down. and yo next time you need something jus look it up fam no disrespect. but questions like these have already been answered

ya u can brush down but 360 pattern is not as crisp as if u were
to brush sides at an angle. trus me i kno. i use to brush down and i
had waves but the wouldnt connect perfectly wit top. but do u if
u wanna brush down then go for it

u can get 360s either if u brush down or at an angle.
but if u brush at an angle, u will see faster results.
and better connection

This is your boy J Waves just wanting to say that you can brush your sides down. I mean I'm killing waves ( no current picture). My waves come down in the front, down on the sides, and down in the back.  Brushing my down on sides has always worked for me.  But checking out this website I see that most people have the 360 type of waves, not brushing their sides down but, brushing their sides to the sides; you boys know what I'm talking about.  But anyway speaking on a more serious note, different ways work for different people.  To all the boys trying to get waves, DON'T GIVE UP, continue to brush, and another thing that is very important, the gresse and all that other junk, doesn't make waves come in.  THE KEY: THE BRUSH

I tryed brushing my sides diaganol when i seen alotta ppl on the site was using that brusing method.. but that didnt work for me at all.. i gotta brush my sides down... but i guess it all depends on your pattern.. diffrent ppl gotta brush diffrent ways..
