I have blonde hair.  I dye it a few shades blonder.  Anyhow, it's getting damaged all of a sudden from heat I imagine.  Mostly the ends..some brakeage.  What kind of one or two time treatment can I get from like Sallys to fix it back up?  Anything specific you know that works great?
 
Do you guys recommend getting a heat protector for my hair prior to blow drying?

honestly, there is nothing that can truly repair the damage. you can do deep conditioning treatments or protien treatments to put some strength and moisutre into your hair. But once the damage is done it cannot be undone. you can also possiblely get a small trim to take off some of the damage. But please try prampering you hair.
 
I would strongly reccommend using a heat protectant because it puts a barrier between your hair and the straightening iron.
