no these are more for heat protection. What I was considering in using was culture 7 day relaxer and that is suppose to hep with it not reverting. I also use Baka natural-laxer plus and that helps in having your heated styles last longer.

**Update: I used SmoothnShine Hair polisher to flat iron my hair and it made it so silky and shiny. A little reversion at my crown but I am very happy I am going to try Aveda anti-humectant pomade to see if that helps it.
