QuoteReplyTopic: Goldwell Color Glow – Live Blonde?? Posted: August 03 2006 at 3:05am
My hair has turned an orangy, yellow blonde..I'm looking to be a more natural whiter blonde....
I was thinking about trying Goldwell Color Glow: Live Blonde. Anyone know if this works at all?
I use Revlon dye on my hair. I once tried a few different dyes for a different shade and I had a few strands of purple hair. Not with the dye I use now though. Should I stay away from this Goldwell then?

get a shampoo that takes out unwanted tones in the hair. paul mitchell makes awhole line of them. Ask ur local sallys if they carry any shampoos like that. If not u may want to go to a salon and get them about one. If u put any color on it, it will get worse. if ur hair is orange u need blue to get rid of it. if u hair was red u would use green. if it was yellow u would use purple. and i'm afarid if u get a purple or blue toner. that it will cause ur hair to turn blue or purple. getting the shampoo is ur best bet.

I have Platinum blonde ( white) hair. I would try a 1 part hair color 1 part peroxide and 2 parts shampoo and wash your hair and leave it on for a few minutes that is if your hair is in god condition. I use Nexxus Simply Silver it is no longer produced but you can get it on auction sites it is for brassy blonde, silver or gray hair but when you use it mix it with regular shampoo so it does not stick to your hair.
