I was just curious which is more harsh on hair, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate or Sodium Laureth sulfate? What about Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate or Ammonium Laureth Sulfate? Just curious thanks.

Sdium Luryl Suplphate is harsher.I've never seen Ammonium Laureth Sulphate but Ammonium Lauryl Sulphate seems to be thebest choice although they are milder sulphates but Ammonium Lauryl Sulphate is very good.They are extracted from coconut alchohols.
