A New Orleans judge has allowed rapper C-Murder to leave his home after being confined to house arrest in March. According to reports by New Orleans media, C-Murder (real name: Corey Miller), brother of rap mogul Master P, was released from home confinement after a state judge turned down prosecutor's requests to jail the rapper for "violating conditions of his house arrest numerous times." The rapper is currently awaiting retrial on a second-degree murder charge that he has been fighting since 2003.
