I am in a quandry right now. I have medium/longish hair right now, but it's dry and never styles correctly. I have had the same look for over 15 years now and I want to cut it short but I am afraid. I am a little overweight and have a chubby face, will cutting my hair short make my face look fatter? My question is for fat faces is it best to have short or long hair? I would like to get it cut this weekend, so any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks.
