the brush says firm but its super hard!!! i used it for 2 months and it still hurts when i brush with it!!! how to make it softer but not thats its not as hard or noth as soft?

either put it in some HOT water or boil it

i no i was trying 2 b funny cuz dude should just get a softer brush and use the hard 1 when his hair is high
