To Dye or not to dye, that is the question

Hi all,

I need some helpful advice! Lately I find myself debating about dying my hair blonde. I have naturally dark brown hair, though right now it is a medium reddish brown. My eyes are super dark brown and my eyebrows are a soft black. The question I have is would it look horrible if I dyed my hair say, dark blonde? Is it safe to dye your eyebrows? How do the celebraties have matching eyebrow to hair color when they change their hair color? Some info please!!!

I read the info about a different way to lighten eyebrows in the makeup artist Kevin Aucoin's book "Making Faces". I think he uses facial bleach on the eyebrows. I don't know if using any kind of color or lightener on the eyebrows is safe, even if it is facial bleach, but that was what I read on how to lighten brows.
