Is your hair shoulder length or longer. It may be from brushing up against your clothes or your skin. You can put carrot oil at the ends of your hair it should help from frizzing and breaking.

I use to have this problem but not any more.  This may get kinda long but this is what works for me.

As soon as I get out of the shower from rinsing out the conditioner I go over to the mirror and detangle my hair in the four sections it is already in.  Once I re braid it back I wet my fingers and rub my ends then get some grapeseed oil and rub my ends with that and they look pretty straight.  Later in the day I when my hair is about 75% dry I will take the two braids down on the right side to make one braid, then re-wet and re-oil my ends.  I do this on both sides.  From then on for the rest of the day I will play with me ends, you know smooth them with my fingers twirl them around my fingers.  Just before I go to bed at night I take the two braids down and make a low ponytail.  Only Oil the Tail of the Pony no re-wetting, put it in a bun.  The next day take the bun down oil my ends and proceed to wear the bun for the rest of the day and my ends are good for the rest of the week until my hair gets wet again.  In the mean time I oil me ends every night with Grapeseed oil.
Goal:Waistlength Natural Hair!
