I have ordered from them, they are very nice and very fast too!
For the hair, it's supposed to be one of the best.
I have received my first Bohyme hair last week but had to exchange it because the color wasn't a god match, but it looked very shiny and silky!
I have tried hair from Glamourhair, my best hair so far, and lots of people think it's just Bohyme hair with Glamourhair tag on and a bit more expensive (they use Bohyme pictures + text on their website!!)
So if it's Bohyme hair I have tried by the past, yeah it's great!
Ebonyline have the best customer service in the world (on par with shrinkies.net). They answer every e-mail you send them, they are very nice, they are imformative, i.e. don't just give one word answers to questions. They ship quickly and the hair is perfect. 10 out of 10 x
in all my years, (25, yes i am old), I have never dealt with such a bad company.....this past year their hair was bad, they made 2 mistakes in one order and would do nothing about it. Their store shows 5 in stock, meanwhile that is not true...i found out 10 days later that it wasn`t in stalk, for the fifth time, and took 3 weeks...they wouldn`t have even called. When i called their customer service to talk about, and ended up asking for a Manager, they said they didn`t have time to talk and then seriously just hung up on me...i could not believe it. they were the ones who made the mistakes. They claim free shipping, which that was not true, even after getting order wrong over and over you would think they would do something....but the girl she was young and said she was manager, but meanwhile she should be in mailroom....what the did do....IS HUNG UP ON ME. Ebony Online hair is the worst hair company to order from...do not trust them order from anywhere but! You want to sure that a company will live up to satisfy customers, but they don�t care!

I think their customer service has probably gone worse over the last few years. I still order from them, because my orders are simple, and I don't need to deal with customer service, and because they have some of the best deals out there for bohyme hair (w. hairsisters).
But yeah, had an issue with them with my last order and my email was simply ignored.
