I was told to do the baggie method but i dont know what it is or how to do it

The way I baggie is to apply a condish or hair moisturizer all over then pull hair back into a pony I add lots more moisturizer then seal it with some form of oil or grease  braid my hair and band the end I then place more oil in a small zip lock bag or shower cap place  it over the braid and secure. I wrap it all up in my satim scarf and sleep in it then remove in the morning.
