Hello everyone. Ive had extremely curly hair since birth. Now dont get me wrong, I like my hair and all and i think it suits me well..... for the most part. Lately though, Ive just gotten terrible bored with my hair. Its been in this same style for  4 years and I just want something new. Im hoping that this might be a good place to get advice on what i can even do as far as new styles while keeping in mind the difficulty of working with curly hair. As far as any sort of style that Im looking for, I really like spikey hairstyles, especially fauxhawks but really any new style that is different then what Ive got now will be a welcome change. Heres a picture of me below to help you all out. Thanks in advanced

try growing it out to your shoulders but I think it looks great now. do you use any products?

it does look fine, but i can understand needing a change four years is a long time, what about something like this its almost similar to what you have but a little more bounce and some color http://www.hairstylesdesign.com/images/hairstyleimages/men-hairstyles/men-hairstyles-8.gif
 
i think you could add some color and have a great new change and be fine.

When I saw your pic I immediately thought of the actor Adrian Grenier.  His hair is curly and close to the same color as yours.  You might search out some pics on him.
