Bangs: a poll

I logged on to post about bangs and saw Carrie`s post (below mine). I guess I am not the only person contemplating taking the plunge and I was interested in hearing people`s opinions about bangs. A few of you have referred to celebs as succombing to the "bang virus" and seem to be against them. I`m curious why.

I have grown out my hair to my shoulders with some light layering around the bottom. My hair hangs in my face and ends up tucked behind my ears. I have pretty eyes and think long fringy bangs would help bring them out. I am also 7mths pregnant and could use a lift but do not want to go short.

Thanks Gord! I just cut mine like that last night, just below my eyebrows and just above my eyelashes. I love them! Now I just have to get used to this hair hanging in my eyes :)
