Hi,
I currently have light blonde hair (level 9-10) which I achived via bleaching and toning (stripped out dark brown hair dye). My natural color is fair so root retouches are easy (done a couple since the bleaching) using a high lift tint (belle color). Although I have the lightestness I like I`m not sure what tone suits me. BTW I have gren eyes and rosy skin coloring. Which would look better ash or beige? Thanks.
