No. No. No. I used it and I hated it and it leaves those seeds an crap in your hair and on top of that check out the ingredients. I would not recommend motions products to anyone.
Serenity was here.

I really love it.  It's my staple protein treatment.  I use the one w/o the seeds.  It's in a bottle and it smells like play-doh, lol.

I have seen the one that Serenity is talking about w/ the seeds.  I think that one is in a jar.

I use Motions products for years. I really like the oil moisturizing relaxer. I read the ingredients last month or so some products have bad stuff for hair. I still use the CPR sham + con once in a blue moon.(I am almost finish with the sham, got to get my monies worth) the sham makes my hair itch.

I also use Motions CPR and LOVE IT !!!.  Like Pokahotas said, it is my staple too.  I use "Motions CPR" as my protein treatment and "Motions Moisture Plus Conditioner" as my moisturizing conditioner.  I alternate between the two of them for my deep conditioning hair needs.

In May I started my hair care journey, with a fresh SL cut because my ends were damnaged.  I was recommended CPR by a friend to strengthen and repair my hair and it did just that.  It really did work wonders on my hair.  My hair turned over a new leaf within 2 months of using it once a week. I then started experimenting with different Motions products and they have all been good to me.

It really just depends on your personal preferences and what your hair likes. Some products will work well for some but not as well for others.  I use the one with the seeds (herbs) and have not found any problem with it.  I suppose it could be a visual turn off to some, but just make sure you wash them out.  Even if you leave a few in, it won't hurt.

Good Luck and Welcome!

HairAddict I second that.....
Motions product work well for me as well..The key is finding what products work well for "your" hair. Motions Moisture Plus is the best, since I started back using their products my hair has thrived big time.. Good luck in finding your staple product..

I rotate my deep conditioning treatments and use each one every six weeks (from Carolyn Grey's book).  Motions CPR is one of my deep conditioners in my six-week regimen.

However, I always apply a creamy conditioner on top (Nexxus Humectress usually) because I am always a bit scurred about CPR's ingredients.  Because of the seeds it leaves in my hair, I use only a small amount each time.  I recently ran out of it, after using it for about 8 mths or so.  And now I am contemplating whether I want to replenish it or get rid of it.  I liked it but did not like the seeds....I am on the fence with this one.
