Hi, I use the ion color and I have visited the web site many times before, but the last few days I have not been able to download the page.....?? Is it just me or anyone else have this problem. Plus, I cannot get Sally's Beauty Supply to pull up either?? If you get it to work for you, please, let me know.
I love their color and wanted to call the color hotline to get some info on various processes and getting desired results. Thanks!!!
