Yes i use this. I take 15,000 mcg a day(3(5,000 mcg capsules).

Well- i upped my dosage of biotin and msm and my hair is super duper thick now.

a month and a half since i upped the dosage and notice the increase in thickness. I am also using surge 14 plus hair revitalizer and a m-t-g replica.

Oh that's good.right now I have individuals/singles in my hair so I can't tell the results right away,but when I take em out hopefully i'll notice a lil change,even though I have naturally thick hair.

Yeah, it's a supplement. I have been wearing instant weaves and at first I didn't think it was working until I went back to wearing my natural hair and noticed how thick and healthy it was looking.

I suffered breakouts when i increased the dosage initially but i increased my water intake and this helped a great deal no more breakouts.
