Okay, I have short, thin, fine, straight hair. I was wondering what I should do to make my hair curly since my straight hair`s really stubborn. Help me, please!! :)

Yikes, you sound just like me. There really isn`t much we can do in the curly department. I have tried perms (many times) and they have always been a disaster. Most stylists won`t even do them on me. You can always roll on velcro rollers or tiny hot rollers but it is a lot of work and probably won`t last any longer than it takes to go outside. Also, those tiny curling irons can help but I found they mostly just make my hair frizzy. I am currently trying to find a short, straight style that doesn`t take a lot of work and still looks pretty.
If you can manage to make your hair curl don`t brush through the curls and use a really good hairspray. I have had good luck with Amplify and with Bain de Terre`s strong hold spray (the unscented one). Just don`t use too much or it will look bad. Also, Redkin`s Hot Sets works pretty well for holding whatever you do to your hair. I haven`t had much luck with gels or mouses--a little of those products goes a long way.

How short is your hair? Instaed of curling your hair try cutting your hair into a pixie, it works better with fine straight hair. Perms don`t take to well to fine hair so you won`t have much luck with curls, some are born with them and hate them and some are born with staight hair and want curls, crazy !
