Does any one here remember 80s hairstyles? I`m going to a 80s themed dance this weekend and am looking for some tips/advice on how to get "big hair" (there`s a contest for the biggest hair!) Can anyone share some memories of this `do? How big would you say the "biggest hair" was back then?

I`m almost embarassed to admit this, but here goes.

In the eighties, to get my bangs REAL big and high, I would spray them with hairspray, and bend over, then blow dry them upside down. It was the best way to get "gravity-defying height", which trust me, I got. This also works to "wing" out the sides of the hair.

Thank Goodness I don`t do that anymore.
