works GREAT on my horses. Even if their tails are in a huge tangled mat (well, mine don't get like that, but I used it on a friends horse who let it's tail get like that) the tangles almost come loose by themselves.

I used to use it on myself, it's light and adds shine and detangles well. It also makes the hair soft. I made the decision to quit using synthetic products though, so I don't use it anymore.

It is highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way. Their other products are nice too. I would use it if an emergency came up, like my hair became knotted.
