Does anyone know where I can get one of those older, full-head hairdryers? Especially online, since I live in the mountains and its hard to get into the city. I remember some catalogue offering a plastic bag-like attachment to your regular hand blowdryer which fits over your head - anyone know who offers that?

Thanks!

ok have to ask..... sounds like montana... here the motto is "We don`t have it but we can order it for ya!"

where are you?

one family here drives almost 2 hours to get to mcdonalds.

have you tried wal-mart or k-mart online? the internet has made it possible for me to get a lot of things -- our nearest "shopping area" is 121 miles away.

Bonnet Hair Dryers:

http://www.folica.com/appliances/hairware_dryerbonnet.htm

http://www.ballbeauty.com/hot_tools_hair_dryers.htm

I use Hot Tools, they last forever and are very high quality. I used to style my hair everyday and went thru curling irons like hot cakes. Mine have survived years of being left on and used by 3 women every morning.

The salons here use them and leave them on all day.

Here is a site that sells them: http://www.clipperworld.com/ Click on CATALOG PRODUCTS in the upper left, then HAIR DRYERS, and finally BONNET STYLE DRYERS. A large hard bonnet style is also at http://www.beautyjustforme.com/dryers/bonnet.shtml and finally http://www.wwbeautystore.com/beauty_store/hood_dryer.html sells an attachment for your blowdryer for $14.00. Good luck in your search!
