has anyone ever heard of protein??

My friend got her hair done and she said it was called protein?? it was kinda sticky...and she said she had to use baby powder to make it not sticky...but im thinking of doing a different method other than shrinkies..tried mircolinks (hate) and tried protac( i hated it too...it made my head loook soo bulky and it fell out in a week...) any advice? Any thoughts on keratin or fusion?? thanks!

ya i thought it was a little odd too...cuz i was like oh can i see them ad she showed them to me and it ouched it and it was sticky...i was like how in the world does that not matt you hair all together and she is like oh u put baby powder on it so it doesnt stick...i dunno lol
