What is the best hair color for a dark complextion wormen? I want highlights but I dont know what color I should use..So if someone can help me I would trully appreciate it.TIA

I can't really recommend any particular color but maybe I can help. When you choose a color, keep your complexion in mind. If you have yellow undertones, you probably look best with golden colors. If you have redder undertones, reddish colors will probably look best. I don't know if that is really a vague tip or if it helps!
