I agree, it looks like a twist out or braidout. It looks more of a twistout
1)You section your hair as if you would with braids. While damp or moisturized take sections of 2 and wrap them around each other ( this is similar to braiding, taking sections of 3 and wrapping them around each other...but a twist out uses 2 strandes)
2)When the hair is completely dry, take down the twists ( they should be crinkly or spirally)
3)Separate each twist to your liking to a get a fullness effect
