Hi!
I have naturally curly hair which is quite long. I like to wash it regularly because after washing it dries into big ringlets which I like, but as I sleep and toss about overnight the curls tend to come out so my hair goes straggly. But this means that my hair gets dry a lot. I currently wash my hair with shampoo and then conditioner and do nothing else to it.
Any suggestions please? Thanks!Smile

I know exactly what you mean!
What I do:
Instead of shampooing each time, wet it thoroughly and apply a generous amount of conditioner (on the length only because my scalp is oily).
Or, in the morning, dampen it with a spray bottle containing water and lime juice (about 1 teaspoon lime juice in 6 ounces of water).  The lime juice works wonders on curly hair!  Be sure not to run your fingers through your hair as you spray it because it'll frizz.  Just spray it and smooth it in.

Curly hair actually needs the daily "watering".  Just skip the shampoo. Wink

Hi again!
Thanks so much - that sounds like a great - and cheap! - solution. I will definitely give it a go!
Incidentally, how long is your hair? It looks really long in the photo - and similar in texture etc to mine!
