QuoteReplyTopic: need of trim or dry ends??? Posted: January 11 2007 at 2:25pm
when my hair is wet it looks even (it is in a blunt cut); however when it dries it forms waves and these waves are not all the same lenght because of previous breakage and shedding.
--- --------------------i hope that the way i explain this makes sense-----------
i know i have a few spit ends because i have recently self trmmied my hair, but there are a lot of ends that stick out and do not blend/smooth down with the rest of my hair in the back and there is one section that is a lot shorted than the rest of my hair( i think its near the crown).
my main concern is that these ends are dry or just to damaged to be conditioned to better heath. moisterizing doesnt seem to help the ends smooth down. (i have also tried doing the baggiy method.)
please help i need ur advice???

A serious protein treatment like Motions CPR may assist with the damage. You need protein and moisture! Whenever I feel breakage coming on, I throw protein in my hair quick. Make sure you DEEP CONDITION. I leave the conditioner in my hair for hours. Once you use the protein condition, use a moisture conditioner. And if you haven't already, you need to trim off the dead ends on that damaged section ASAP, or else it will continue to break etc. HTH
