I have the most frustrating hair. The back of my hair has been growing pretty nicely and has reached the top of my bra, however the sides won't budge, they are still shoulder length.  I don't understand, I do the same things to all of my hair but the sides seem to be stalling. I am currently taking biotin and Nexxus Vitatress hair food supplements, hoping this will help. I wrap my hair every night and I deep condition every two weeks.  Someone please help!Cry

Try frequently massaging the sides of your scalp.  Castor Oil is great to use.  Also, watch your ends.

Also, IMO you stated that you wrap your hair everynight..are you wrapping it in a beehive correct...That also can cause one side to become thinner than the other...You might want to switch directions of the wrap, and also try to bun or pin curl at night. HTH

cosigning on this advice and adding that if you can get some yellow sulphur powder to tip into the castor oil to make an MTG replica that works even better!

online-- sulphursoap.com-- about 1/2 ounce sulphur to 5 ounce or more of castor oil goes a long way. I also like to add some olive oil or coconut oil depending on my moodSmile
