Miss USA Tara Conner apparently had enough time during or after rehab to get her haircut. She now has bangs and layers, which she debuted on this morning's Today Show on NBC. When she won the title, I thought she was gorgeous:

 
When all the partying caught up with her and Donald Trump exposed her problems to the world, I thought she still looked respectable:
 
 
The bangs and layers (and possibly her admission that as Miss USA she used cocaine) are no improvement. She looked heavier and sluttier. But I'm sure Donald Trump is happy.

I like the layers and think the bangs will lok much beeter in a clp weeks.  I think the style would be if it were a lttle fluffier vrs so flat to her head.  Just my opinion. 

Remember girls... bangs and layers make you look fat and slutty.. or so I just read!

She looked good before but didn't have anything different going on with the hair...I sorta like the new look and I like bangs on most girls.  We'll have to see where the hair goes from here, she probably won't keep this look all that long.

Arch...The fact she is married to you infers some degree of sluttiness but I do agree, she doen't "look" slutty!

There are some better pics of her with the bangs.
Hopefully, they will make their way to the internet.
I love the bangs/layers...makes her more approachable looking and not the usual look for beauty queens.
In other words, she is hotter!!!! with the new style (at least to me!)

Flat I agree with. Slutty? Nope I don't see that. Maybe if she had cake on makeup and other things maybe I don't get that feel at all.
