Does anybody have any idea, how this hairstyle was cut?
It looks one length, but then looks like it could be slightly layered.

If you look at the ends you will see that they are paperthin. This is because IMO they were layered to flip and be really wispy. Probably a special thinning razor was used. The hair appears to be naturally wavy with the layers graduated from middle of the hair to the very wispy ends.

Very cute style. Great for thick and naturally wavy hair.

That is the style, I`m thinking about getting.

I have thick and naturally wavy hair that is light brown.
Currently my hair is mid-back length.
