One time I had my hair long and wanted to get it cut like that, but since I have no info about hairstyle, I just went to regular barbershop and when he was done cutting I didn't look gay but completely like a female. I got into such a big argument with him he almost called the police, then I had to get my haircut short. Well now it grew back and I want to cut a little but I don't want this to happen again and I know barbershops just can't get my hair done.
Where should I go get a haircut? I was looking into those fancy hair salons, but I'm too embarrassed to go in since I only see women and gay guys in there, and it's kinda weird for me to get a haircut in there but I'm sure they would know what to do. So where can I go get a haircut?
And also while I'm here, every morning I have to wet my hair to get it on track since it's really messed up when I wake up, is there a way to avoid wetting hair, I never use combs, my hair is done nice with hands but I always have to wet it.
I'd just go to a salon, it sounds like that's what you really want to
do, and you know its the only place to get your hair like that.
Just go in there with confidence and if anybody sees you in the window
and tries to say anything, just tell them they're being stupid.
No matter where you go, if you do it with confidence people will see
there's nothing they can say to upset you, so it won't be any fun for
them to try.
Otherwise you can try a cheaper place - supercuts or something like
that. They are cheap, and sometimes you get good stylists, sometimes
you don't, it really doesn't matter how much you pay, you have good
ones and bad ones across the whole range it seems, so once you find one
that does good, stick with that person.
Johnny Depp's hair looks pretty wet in that photo, so if that's the
look you're going for, wetting it is the easiest way to get
there. Using a ton of gel in it will make it look wet all day,
but also hard with no movement (it didn't sound like that's what you
wanted), so why not just wet it? Sometimes that's really the
quickest way to get the shorter styles to lay down in the morning
without going to a lot of trouble using the various hair glues and
styling implements.

LOL, I really don't care what others think it's just that going in there I never saw a straight guy getting a cut so that's why it's kinda weird for me. Nah I don't need that wet look unless I go out somewhere, but the thing I hate wetting my hair in the morning is because I need to go to work and it takes about an hour to dry and it's really cold outside and I have to wait it through.
Well, if you're just wetting it because it sticks up in the morning,
you could use a blow dryer on a cool setting after you wet it so you
don't have to wait for it to dry so long. ( The cool setting will not
damage hair like the hot setting can.)
