I don't really have one method. I took a lot of peoples ideas on here and mixed it all 2gether. but i usually just put carrot or olive creme and lets jam (if i'm goin out later because it adds the shine that cc doesn't give) in my hair and brush for about an hour and a half (sometimes more if i'm using a softy). then i put on a du rag, spray it w/ water, and put a wave cap on top of it (check my topic called THE BEST WAY TO PUT ON A DU RAG) i also do the h2o meth because i don't want 2 run out of cc so fast. So for products, i use cc and lets jam. And yea, i shower brush a lot. I shampoo my hair about every other day and use conditioner everyday. And as for cuts; I usually get a #2 WTG (that's the clip that says 1/4 on it). Oh...and of course i wolf.
And just like Trendzsetter said; everything that works for me might not work 4 you. That's why you gotta experiment with different method. but no matter how many people's meths you look at you'll find that brushing is the common factor.
yo i be watching what cash do but i dont be doing everything he does because we in different situations.. u gotta do what is appropriate forhim.. for him he might not need pomade at all but i do because im mad new and i need to get my hair to lay down and im wolfin for a while now.. i use carrot oil (i guess its same as carrot creme) .. but i dont use his 2 durag meth or nothin like that i mix and match to come up with my own thing.. i do somethings that he does but not all cuz it wo uldn't realy work for me

u got to form ur on .....bro.....but as u go u will see whts best for ur hair and u will find urself doin it ova and ova and u may not know it but thats ur meth right there...its not some long list of things that u go and look at to remember the steps ,.......a meth is just wht u do to manage ur waves....
