Well Im on the crown and glory challenge until the end of this year
 
I co-wash 2x week with Aussie moist conditioner w/ castor oil
 
I do a protein treatment 2x month (light treatment) with ORS Mayo
 
I use MN/Tea Tree Oil mixture 1x day and also spray a mixture of Surge, MTG, Tea Tree, Castor oil and braid spray 2x day
 
I take biotin and flaxseed capsules for my hair and for weight gain
 
IM 16 WEEKS POST COME TOMORROW!
 
Thats about all

Hey, I'm also new, I just joined the A.M.  I've lived my life loving and hating my hair. Right now I'm in the I hate it but can live with it stage. I'd gotten a bad cut last summer and am still trying to grow that one out. I have been trying to grow my hair out since I was in high school that was thirteen years ago so I may never have that long ponytail I've been dreaming about or by the time I do I will have to cut it short.
