Well since I posted to Lemonlime's and Conrad's posts my wife has been trying to go for a haircut. It was either illness or vacation that kept her from her appointments. She was all set with pics I had posted and she had to cancel again last night. Now mind you we have had a lot of ups and downs with what she is doing with her hair. She grew her hair out for a year just to spite me. Then one day she came home with a modification of an angled short cut. Then, like Mikecuts said the stacked back got to "heavy" and she switched to a softer razor cut. During this stage Grease, You're the one that I want came on with the girl I posted and my wife liked the cut enough to comment. Well I also noticed the cut was shorter in the back then just the chinlength sideswept bob. I made pictures and told her how much I liked the cut also. She then saw the back and probably figured out why I was so up on the haircut. So here the appointment gets postponed again and she watches American Idol and the girl Gina Glockesn comes on with a new short haircut - short back with the front that curled right under the chin. Wouldn't you know my wife liked that cut as well and commented how good she looked. Then I chuckled silently as she began feeling the length of her hair in the back. It'll be interesting to see what she does when she gets there. I did see she had the pics with her even though she had to cancel this week.
In case you didn't see the pics I posted here they are. We'' see

I really liked Gina's hair last night too!! However, her look is a little to messy for me.. I would rather the back more plain like the girl from Grease. (above)

She couldn't wait until next week and is on her way home. Her comment, "She did a better job last time.." We'll see. Questions: Why can't a person get more than one good haircut at a time/in a row? Why are stylists so reluctant to do what a customer wants without making them feel uncomfortable to ask for a fix up?
I found out she thought it wasn't great because I wanted the back more like the picture. The only difference is that it is more tapered at the hairline on the neck and the weight line just touches the top third of her ears. It looks great.
