Recently I`ve spent a lot of time on my hair. I`m never satisfied with it. I started off with beautiful long hair, that was so thick that when I put it in a ponytail it would sag after a few minutes. I loved it, but I needed to take some weight off. Then I got a shoulder length shag (without bangs) But still thick, I was frusterated and took the thinning shears to it. It ended up frizzy and way too thin. Last night, frusterated again, I hacked off all the longest layers. BIG MISTAKE!! Don`t cut hair yourself. It is totally uneven, and for some reason, flips outwards at the back of my head. Also, it looks really ugly blunt.. Any tips? I just wanted something that suited my very round face and dark brown hair....

Maybe you should try a medium length shag, this would take some of the weight off and maybe take care of the uneven lengths.
